Danish has an education background in Computer Science (B.Sc., New Delhi, India), Cognitive Science specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Computational Linguistics (M.Sc., Osnabrück, Germany). He also spent some study semesters at the Institute of Artificial Intelligence at the Technical University of Dresden, Germany (2003-2004) and at the Department of Computational Linguisitcs at the University of Saarland, Saarbrücken, Germany (2006-2007).
Since 2007 he has been involved in research, development and project management in several European ICT Projects (FP6-FP7), mainly in the areas of Language, Technologies and Semantic Web at German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI) Saarbrücken in Germany, and later in the areas of Education Technologies, Web 2.0 and Social Computing at the Center for Learning Sciences and Technologies at the Open University of the Netherlands (2007-2010).
From 2012 to 2016, he worked in the field of multimedia and speech retrieval within the context of Information Access and Retrieval project (Dutch COMMIT project) at Human Media Interaction department at the University of Twente in the Netherlands.
He brings in the knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Science, Machine Learning and Data Science to design and develop intelligent systems. He is currently involved in the European project DIGICOR (Decentralized Agile Coordination Across Supply Chains) - "Factories of the Future".
